Privacy Policy
Effective October 2026
The Adjunct Alert ("we") sends teaching job listings to educators. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you join our waitlist or subscribe, we collect your first name, your email address, the subjects you teach, and the kind of teaching you're looking for. If you join our Facebook group and choose to answer our membership questions, we may also receive the answers you give there, including your email address if you share it.
When you become a paying subscriber, payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To send you teaching job listings that match your subjects.
- To send occasional updates about The Adjunct Alert, such as our launch.
- To understand which subjects our members teach, so we can improve the service.
What we never do
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don't share it with schools or employers.
Who helps us
We use trusted service providers to run the website, store our email list, send emails, and process payments. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.
